Vitamin E (d-alpha-Tocopherol Succinate) 66 IU
The most valuable sources of dietary vitamin E include vegetable oils, margarine, nuts, seeds, avocados and wheat germ. Safflower oil contains large amounts of vitamin E (about two thirds of the RDA in ¼ cup) and there are trace amounts in corn oil and soybean oil. Love these!
I love that I can drink a serving every morning and know my body is actually getting great nutrients right away! It tastes great and I look forward to taking my vitamins instead of dreading trying to swallow pills.

good vitamins. have more energy. not happy about price increase. went up $40 since my last order 3 months ago. I like these vitamins but you're pricing me out.

Absolutely love these
I love the mix of all four of these essential vitamins, I went without for almost two weeks and REALLY noticed a difference, Its the first thing I drink when I wake up in the morning!
